Letters are on parchment linen paper, complete with Santa's signature, and embossed with Santa's official logo.  Personal and Heirloom letters are customized with information you provide. 

SLO Santa will use as much information as possible to create a fun, personalized letter.

Template: a prewritten letter, personalized with the child's name

Personal: A letter with 5-6 areas of personalization

Heirloom:  A letter with 10 or more areas of personalization (included with North Pole Club)

Add a special touch with a Nice List Certificate, acknowledging the child's kindness and behavior!

Nice List Certificates also come with Santa's signature and official logo. The certificate will be placed in the envelope with the letter.

Letters are packaged with festive details, and shipped in an outer envelope

(you can then present the letter in a special way, or put it in the mailbox for the child to discover!)
