THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS IN YOUR HOME
Your little believers will get a precious memory of a lifetime with a surprise visit from Santa! The joy begins with Santa's entrance, complete with jingle bells and a sack of gifts! Invite friends, neighbors, and relatives to experience a magical visit from a professionally trained, authentically dressed, real-bearded Santa Claus.
SLO Santa wants to keep your family and friends healthy. He and any accompanying elves are fully vaccinated and look forward to being part of your safe holiday events.
The Flow of a SLO Santa Visit at a Party
While each visit is unique, this is the general order of events. There are several details to attend to before the visit -- you will have detailed phone conversations with SLO Santa prior to the visit.

ARRIVAL: Santa is in touch with the contact person, and parks in a reserved spot. Santa loads his bag with the gifts.

GRAND ENTRANCE: Santa enters the home, ringing his bells, and carrying his toy sack. His entrance is cheerful and exciting -- especially for those who didn't know he was coming! This is a great opportunity to capture the joy and excitement with your cameras.

RUG TIME: Prior to Santa's arrival, a "rug area" will be set up: a sturdy chair for Santa, and a floor area large enough for the group of children. This area is set up with photos in mind, probably near the tree and in good lighting. Santa establishes rapport, and sets the behavior guidelines for maximum fun and enjoyment.

STORY TIME: This time will include one or more of the following: a recitation of The Night Before Christmas; stories from the North Pole; singing of Christmas songs; Q & A for Santa.

GIFT OPENING: Santa hands out gifts, one at a time, emphasizing that they wait to open them together. Once all the gifts have been passed out, children open their gifts together, giving another great photo opportunity!

GROUP PHOTO WITH SANTA: The children gather around Santa with their gifts, for a group photo.

VISIT WITH EACH CHILD: Santa has a brief visit with each child, while personal photos are taken. Adults get children cleaned up if necessary, and in line for their visit.

GRAND EXIT: Santa says his goodbyes, starts a round of singing Jingle Bells, and leaves through the front door. It is common for children to want to follow Santa out -- be sure to direct the children to another activity when Santa calls out, "Happy Christmas to all, and all a good night!"

December 16:
Up to 20 guests $225
Prices for parties on
December 17 - 22:
Up to 20 guests $250

Securing a Date:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when booking before December 1.
The full amount is required when booking on or after December 1.
Refund Policy:
The fees are 50% refundable if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the appearance.
Due to the time needed to book another appearance, there are no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the appearance.
Parties are scheduled via phone call or meeting.
